Laurel V represents the final phase of the rental housing development in Cincinnati’s West End Neighborhood. A total of 106 Townhouse units, a combination of 47 public housing units restricted to households earning less than 35% of Area Median Income (AMI); 6 LIHTC units restricted to households earning incomes at or below 60% AMI; and 53 unrestricted market rate units. The Laurel Homes Phase V development represents the last piece of a multi-phase development involving the demolition and rebuilding of the second oldest public housing community in the United States. CDF has also financed Laurel I, Laurel II, Laurel IV and Lincoln IV.
