When this project is complete there will be 14 new single-family homes in Westwood located near I-75 and I-74 on Ferncroft and Millennium Place. Starting at $184,000 the 14 Smart Homes can be completely wired to take advantage of proven technology that integrates PC, home appliances and interactive telephony services. The standard floor plan is a 1700+ square feet ranch style home with 7 rooms, 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, family room in the finished lower level with walkout patio, two car garage with 8 foot vaulted ceilings. All homeowners can take advantage of the City of Cincinnati's new construction tax abatement incentive for 10 years.
