Many of our center city developments are condominium conversions or new construction condominiums. In Cincinnati, as elsewhere in the country, buyers are responding to the convenience of living downtown.

Schoolhouse Lofts, LLC has transformed the former Burdett School in East Walnut Hills into 31 loft condominiums. The building had been abandoned for the past 25 years until Keith and Scott Glaser received financing for their vision from CDF and the City of Cincinnati to turn this historic treasure into 31 newly renovated loft condominiums. The school was built in 1893 and served as the original Walnut Hills High School until 1930, when it was converted to a neighborhood elementary school.
The proposed adaptive re-use of this historic building has eliminated a blighted property in a stable, single-family neighborhood and has contributed to the revitalization of East Walnut Hills.
