TARGET MARKET: Greater Cincinnati Region, Hamilton, Butler, Warren, Clermont, Boone, Kenton and Campbell Counties
LOAN AMOUNT: $10,000 - $100,000
LOAN TYPE: Term loan
LOAN TERM: 1-year with possible extension
LOAN-TO-VALUE: N/A
COLLATERAL: Secured with a 1st Mortgage and/or other collateral as determined to be acceptable by CDF
BENEFITS: 5% - 8% interest rate with flexible terms
