LOAN TYPE: Term loan
LOAN TERM: 1-year with possible extension
LOAN-TO-VALUE: N/A
COLLATERAL: Secured with a 1st Mortgage and/or other collateral as determined to be acceptable by CDF
BENEFITS: 3% - 5% interest rate with flexible terms
