Cincinnati Development Fund manages a number of loan pools that can be used for the development of rental and homeownership housing.  

Loan Pool VII — Pool has matured/Funds no longer available.  Check with us to find out when Pool VIII will be available for construction and renovation of rental housing financing. 

Build Cincinnati Fund — Capital to support real estate development in the City of Cincinnati 

Regional Development Fund — Predevelopment and short-term construction financing for the Greater Cincinnati Area 

Uptown Cincinnati Development Fund - Capital for the revitalization of blighted communities and to create quality affordable housing

Citywide Cincinnati Development Fund - Regional New Markets Tax Credit allocation of $30 Million.
