Joseph Huber, Chief Operating Officer
Joe has 10 years experience in the banking industry. In addition to loan underwriting and origination duties, Joe assists the Executive Director in supervising staff and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the agency, as well as coordinating CDF’s loan committees. Joe has an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Butler University in Indianapolis.

Kathleen Brookshire, Chief Financial Officer
Kathy has been with CDF for five years, and has over 25 years of accounting and finance experience. She is responsible for all fiscal operations of CDF, which equates to over $50 million in assets, 11 loan portfolios, and nearly 100 active permanent and construction loans.  Kathy has an undergraduate degree in Sociology and a Masters of Political Sociology from the University of Toledo. 

Alicia Townsend, Loan Officer and Consultant
Alicia has over 20 years of experience in the financial service industry in the areas of consumer and small business banking. Alicia works closely with prospective and existing clients to determine the appropriate products for their needs.  She is a founding member of the Women’s Network of Entrepreneurial Training Roundtable, and serves on numerous community boards and organizations.  Alicia has two undergraduate degrees from Xavier University, in Business Administration and Management, and a MBA from Thomas More College.

Robert Hayes, Construction Loan Manager
Bob has been with CDF for more than four years. He has over 14 years experience in commercial real estate lending, and oversees compliance and disbursements for CDF’s multimillion-dollar construction loan portfolio. Bob has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati.

David Kent, Asset Manager
David has 24 years experience in the financial services industry with both for-profit and non-profit organizations. As Asset Manager, David is responsible for risk management and compliance for all of CDF’s permanent loans and is responsible for all compliance functions for the New Market Tax Credit program. David has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Xavier University, with areas of concentration in Finance and Accounting.

Angela Ratliff, Loan Servicing Specialist
Angie has been with CDF for 10 years. She has more than 12 years experience in loan support and administration. Angie is responsible for servicing all CDF loans and manages all service relationships with our partner banks. Angie is the key person responsible for maintaining CDF’s loan servicing system.

Tracy Fox, Administrative Assistant
Tracy has been with CDF for three years. He is responsible for the smooth functioning of the CDF office and provides administrative support to the staff. He is also the phone voice of CDF.
