Jeanne Golliher has served as the Executive Director of CDF since July 1998. As Executive Director, Ms. Golliher is responsible for the overall operation of the organization. Prior to joining CDF, Ms. Golliher spent 16 years in community lending and advocacy as Vice President of Community Development for KeyBank. During her tenure with KeyBank, Ms. Golliher gained experience in originating and underwriting residential and commercial real estate loans, Community Development Lending, Low Income Housing and Historic Tax Credit investments, CRA and Fair Lending Compliance.
Jeanne serves on numerous community boards, including the Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation (3CDC) Over-the-Rhine Work Group, the Board of Trustees for Hamilton County Development Corporation, Secretary-Treasurer for the Homesteading and Urban Redevelopment Corporation, and Treasurer for the Woodward Trust. She is also a member of PNC Bank’s Community Development Advisory Board, and PNC Community Partners, Inc., PNC’s subsidiary CDE overseeing deployment of its New Markets Tax Credit allocation and a member of Hamilton County First Suburb Advisory Group.
Ms. Golliher formerly served as President of the Better Housing League and as a Commissioner to the Cincinnati Human Relations Commission.
